Funding is needed for a organization to raise awareness of Speech-To-Speech Relay, which was established along with telecommunication relay services for the deaf. Many people do not know about this particular relay service that will enable people with speech disabilities to communicate over the phone. A non-profit organization call SPEECH COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANCE BY TELEPHONE, INC. (SCAT) has been established with its goal to unite the friends of STS to inform and train people to use Speech-to-Speech. SCAT needs support for this huge project.
