Dividing the number of minutes by 5 yielded an estimate of the total number of calls. For example, 297 minutes divided by 5 would yield 59 STS calls for 2002. If you sent DOR minute data, you can use the above explanation to find your call volume in the table below. That table shows that consumers made 115,542 calls in the 27 states that provided STS data. Call volume varies from state to state, from a high of 60,339 to a low of 1. The break down of call volume by state starting with the state with the fewest calls is displayed in the table below:
